Frequently Asked questions

Common questions from teams considering our safety training and accredited courses.

Which emergency services do you work with?

We work with a wide range of professional and voluntary emergency services organisations, including fire services, ambulance crews, and search and rescue teams. Our courses are designed to meet the specific demands of professional responders working in technically challenging environments.

How often do qualifications need to be renewed?

All Rescue 3 qualifications require mandatory requalification every three years. This makes us a reliable long-term training partner for emergency services teams who need to maintain current, compliant qualifications across their workforce. We can help you plan and schedule requalification to keep your team's certifications up to date.

Can training be delivered at our own base or operational location?

Yes. We offer fully mobile course delivery and can bring our training directly to your site or a location that works for your team. Alternatively, our dedicated facility in Shropshire offers purpose-built training spaces, on-site lake access, year-round river environments, and on-site accommodation for residential courses.

What makes Adventure Consultancy the right choice for emergency services training?

As an independent training provider, we can work with any emergency services organisation regardless of existing agency affiliations. Our courses cover a wider range of disciplines than many providers, including swiftwater rescue, mud rescue, ice rescue, and boat operations, all delivered by internationally accredited instructors with decades of real-world experience.
