Swift Water Rescue Technician (MOD 3) & Mud Rescue Course Bolt on for Boat Company Team

Challenge

‍6 staff working in commercial boat services, including commercial passenger boats and the supply of safety boat, marine surveys etc, from Chester required a 4 day SRT course and a Mud Safety & Rescue course.

Our Approach and Delivery

‍‍The team travelled to us and stayed at our Stottesdon training base in our luxury (underfloor heated) onsite pods, fully catered for by our wonderful chef Duncan, with onsite drying room, chill out kitchen/dining log cabin with wood burner for the 4 day SRT days Monday-Thursday, travelling home to the north west Thursday night. They had a the site exclusively to themselves which made for a more relaxing, team bonding experience.

On day 5 we met in North Wales for the appropriate (very!) muddy conditions to add on the Mud course training which is a two-day course, but can be added on as a one-day for those that are SRT/Mod 3 qualified.
